Important Disclaimer: Bali Visa USA acts solely as a consultant and facilitator. We do not issue visas, nor do we have any authority over the decisions made by the Indonesian government or its consulates/embassies. We cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa approval or denial, and the processing time, are solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities. Our service fee covers the provision of our consulting and facilitation services, irrespective of the outcome of your visa application.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application.
- Ensuring that all documents submitted are valid, current, and meet the specified requirements.
- Responding promptly to requests for additional information or clarification from Bali Visa USA or the visa authorities.
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions from Bali Visa USA and the Indonesian government.
- Understanding that any misrepresentation or omission of facts on your part may lead to delays, denial of your visa, or other legal consequences.
3. Fees and Payments
Our fees for consulting and facilitation services are clearly outlined on our website or provided to you directly prior to the commencement of services. These fees are separate from any government application fees, biometric fees, courier charges, or other third-party charges that may be associated with your visa application. You are responsible for all such third-party fees, which are typically non-refundable by the issuing authority.
All service fees for Bali Visa USA are payable in advance and in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Work on your application will commence only after the receipt of the agreed-upon service fee. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of our services.
4. Refund Policy

Generally, service fees paid to Bali Visa USA are non-refundable once services have commenced or significant work has been performed on your behalf, including but not limited to, initial consultations, document review, application form preparation, or submission guidance. Government application fees and third-party charges are typically non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the visa application or the cancellation of our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bali Visa USA, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including but not limited to negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to Bali Visa USA for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any delays, denials, or other issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, changes in government policy, actions or inactions of government authorities, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
